Custom Door Slab Prep — Hinges & Lock Bore

Product details
$18 per door. Have your door slab prepared to match your existing frame. Includes hinge mortises and lock-bore preparation. The door slab, hinges, lockset and installation are sold separately.
Select the number of hinges and complete the measurement form. Measure in inches from the top of the door to the top edge of each hinge, and from the top of the door to the center of the lock bore. Enter the hinge corner shape and match your door swing to the illustrated A–D guide.
Use quantity 1 for one door. Increase the quantity only when all doors need the same measurements. For different measurements, add the service separately for each door.
Identify the door model or your existing order number in the form so we can match the service to your slab. We review the measurements before machining and contact you if clarification is needed. Preparation timing is confirmed after review.
